1. Agreement

These Terms govern the use of the 5CRM platform (https://5crm.uz). By creating an account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

5CRM provides a cloud CRM and marketing workspace: lead and contact management, sales pipelines, tasks, telephony, messaging channels, reporting, and integrations with third-party services such as Meta (Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram) that the Customer chooses to connect.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for all activity under your accounts.
  • Credentials must not be shared. Notify us immediately about any unauthorised access.
  • The business owner controls which employees have access and what they may do.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited messages; upload unlawful content; attempt to access other customers' data; reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the service; or use the service to violate the rules of any connected platform, including Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you enter or connect. You grant 5CRM a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service for you. We process it in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party integrations

Connections such as Facebook or Instagram are provided by their owners and governed by their own terms. You confirm that you are authorised to connect the accounts you connect. We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages of third-party platforms.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for a period already started. We notify Customers of price changes before they take effect.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or the law, after notice where practicable. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 5CRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
