Subscriptions
5CRM plans are billed in advance for the selected period. You may cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
When we refund
- Duplicate or erroneous payment — refunded in full.
- Service unavailable through our fault for a prolonged period — refunded proportionally for the affected days.
- Within 7 days of a first purchase, if the service was not used in a meaningful way — refunded on request.
When we do not refund
- A period that has already been used.
- Termination caused by a violation of the Terms of Service.
How to request
Write to [email protected] from the owner e-mail with the payment date and amount. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5CRM tariflari tanlangan davr uchun oldindan to‘lanadi. Istalgan vaqtda bekor qilishingiz mumkin — xizmat to‘langan davr oxirigacha ishlab turadi.
Qachon qaytaramiz
- Takroriy yoki xato to‘lov — to‘liq qaytariladi.
- Bizning aybimiz bilan xizmat uzoq muddat ishlamasa — ta’sirlangan kunlar uchun mutanosib qaytariladi.
- Birinchi xariddan 7 kun ichida, xizmat amalda ishlatilmagan bo‘lsa — so‘rov bo‘yicha qaytariladi.
Qachon qaytarilmaydi
- Allaqachon ishlatilgan davr uchun.
- Foydalanish shartlari buzilgani sababli to‘xtatilganda.
Qanday so‘raladi
Egasining email manzilidan [email protected] ga to‘lov sanasi va summasini yozib yuboring. 3 ish kunida javob beramiz; tasdiqlangan qaytarish 10 ish kuni ichida to‘lov qilingan usulga qaytariladi.
